lack33 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "lack33" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at lack33.com, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a lack33 account, whether or not they have completed identity verification.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile associated with a unique set of login credentials, through which a Player accesses the platform's services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the Platform may support.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to an account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PKR or other currency depos ited by the Player via any of the supported payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process, which may require submission of government-issued identification such as a CNIC or passport.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, payment processing, customer support, and any other features available on the lack33 platform.

Access to and use of the lack33 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

lack33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon the first deposit, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary by the platform's compliance team.

To access the full range of services offered by lack33, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on lack33. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, lack33 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep your account details updated at all times. lack33 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain current account information.
• Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. lack33 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
• Account Security: You must notify lack33 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.
• KYC Compliance: lack33 operates a mandatory KYC process. Verification of identity, address, and payment method ownership may be required before withdrawal requests are processed. Accepted documents include Pakistani CNIC, passport, and valid utility bills issued within the preceding three months.

lack33 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

lack33 supports PKR-denominated transactions through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. lack33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit by the same verified account holder, unless otherwise approved by the compliance team.

• Currency: All balances and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Crypto deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.
• Fraud Prevention: Any deposit that is subsequently charged back, reversed, or disputed by a payment provider will result in the immediate suspension of the associated account and recovery of any winnings derived from those funds.

lack33 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback schemes, reload bonuses, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per Player, per household IP address, and per device.
• Eligible Games: Certain bonus types may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Contributions toward wagering requirements may vary by game type. All sports betting, live casino, and slot gaming activity conducted on the lack33 platform is subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Placement: Once confirmed, bets are final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. lack33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Void Bets: lack33 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) it was accepted as a result of a system error; (b) the event to which it relates was cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a result; or (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket markets, including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20 internationals, are governed by lack33's sports betting rules as published on the platform. Settlement is based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body.
• Maximum Winnings: lack33 may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change.
• RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG) games, including slot titles, are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by any other factor.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lack33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform for any purpose connected with the proceeds of crime.
• Collusion with other players in live casino or poker games to manipulate outcomes.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person during the KYC process.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure, databases, or security systems.
• Using the platform while under the influence of a self-exclusion order, whether issued by lack33 or any affiliated responsible gaming body.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, graphics, game designs, text, data, and other materials displayed on or forming part of the lack33 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of lack33 or its licensed third-party providers. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of lack33.
• Game content supplied by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to lack33 for display on the platform. No rights in such content are transferred to Players.
• The lack33 brand name, logo, and associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

Access to the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sub-license, sell, or commercially exploit any platform content.

lack33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a given time period.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Automated notifications may be configured to alert Players after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours up to six (6) weeks.

• Service interruptions caused by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or events beyond lack33's reasonable control, including acts of God, civil unrest, or government action.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including account suspension resulting from a breach.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lack33 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the accuracy of odds, game results, or any other information displayed thereon.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain liabilities, lack33's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by such law.

lack33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• The Player's account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the platform to cease providing services to the Player.
• The Player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lack33 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the lack33 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

For disputes of a routine nature — including but not limited to bonus settlement queries, withdrawal delays, and game result disputes — Players are encouraged to raise a formal complaint through the platform's internal disputes process by contacting support via live chat or by emailing the address provided in Clause 15.

lack33 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

lack33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — lack33 will provide reasonable notice of the changes by posting an updated version on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the lack33 platform following the posting of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. lack33 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to review updated terms.
